The Mormon Fort
It was a beautiful day, so we took the dogs out for a jaunt in the morning. Grace has the most adorable TRUMP hair I've ever seen. It just kept blowing perfectly in the wind to make her look like the president. Make America Great.
We found some bones out on the trail.
One of Grace's favorite meals is Chicken on the bone. I put some drumsticks in the crockpot with some barbecue sauce until it falls off the bone. Grace doesn't really like the chicken part, but you give her a bone and she will gnaw on that for a while. She may have learned a few tricks from the dogs.
The Mormon Fort
It's only a dollar to get in and it shows the history of Las Vegas before it was Las Vegas. It all started out as a ranch, at least in this part of Las Vegas. It was interesting to see some of the history, but it doesn't have very many stories of the fort itself. We weren't too impressed, but it was only a dollar to get in, so we can't really complain.
Grace thought this was me. She kept calling her Momma. I've always thought I had some resemblance to a bronze statue of a girl in the 1800's.
Some lunch and ice cream and swimming in our little pool on the balcony.
