Blue Ice Trail

The Blue Ice Trail is an eight mile mountain biking trail that goes from Moose Flats to Byron Glacier in Portage. It weaves through trees and mountains and lakes and rivers and is absolutely breathtaking! We took the dogs about five miles and got them worn out before we had a picnic lunch at the lake. Fabulous sunny day to do it! I'll probably come out here and run my 16 miler on it, its so gorgeous.

Our wildflower season has been awesome this year. Fireweed is abundant.
