Eight Months

Eight Months

Grace is eight months! She gives the hammiest cheeser grins to show off her one tooth. She is a champion crawler and is so fast at getting where she wants to go. She likes to chase the dogs off and eat their toys and play fetch with Kodi. She loves all food but especially bananas and avacados.

Christmas times two

Christmas

My mom knows how to throw a party. She threw a Christmas Eve party with tons delicious food.
Jer and Britt, Becky, and Jess were all there with their families.

Jax was too cute with his new gun

After their party we went to Grandma and Grandpa Gifford and Grandma read a Christmas Eve story to Grace before bed.

It snowed Christmas Morning so we had a "white" Christmas.

Christmas in Las Vegas

Christmas!

We had our Christmas a few days early because we wanted to go home and spend it with the family. Santa did come to our house! Grace got a ball popper, a ride on dragon, a train, a dolly, a dreamlite, some stacking blocks, lots of clothes, and a book.

Grace really enjoyed taking things from out of her sock

We had the dogs go next, because Kodi couldn't wait to open her presents.

She didn't really get the opening part, but she liked crinkling the paper and playing with her toys.

Aaron got an Xbox One

I got a vacuum.

Justin and Araceli got her a dress, a toy, and a stuffed animal.

Winterfest

Winterfest 5k

The winterfest is turning into a family tradition. Becky and her boys came this year too because dad gave them all shoes to start running. It was quite the roast, Becky forgot all of their clothes, so mom and dad had to raid the house for sweaters because it was so cold.

They have you race for snowflakes and then you get in line to get a gift. I got frozen yogurt and Aaron got a t-shirt. Mom and Dad both got $50 giftcards for gas, and the boys all chose gatorades.

Carter started running really hard and was in the lead of the race...for about 5 seconds. Each time I would pass him, I would say "First place" and he would pick it up to pass me again. He was finally pooped about a half a mile from the finish and fell behind. Hunter was right behind me finishing and Dad and Taylor ran together. Aaron and Grace, Becky, Ryker, and Mom all walked it in.

Dad and I ended up getting medals. Dad got first in his age group and I got second in mine.

Carter was in a really tough age group 11-20 so he didn't get a medal. I let him take a picture with mine and then the little ones wore it all day and lost it. ha ha.
